The style of body work i practice is deep intuitive massage, resembling deep tissue, while still following intuition.  I am unable to claim one modality as, over the years, I have studied several and attempt to integrate them all.

Recognizing each body as having its own issues and strengths, it’s my goal to honor each person’s different needs based on their physical and emotional issues at the time.

I call myself a body worker not a “healer” because I believe we are truly the only ones who can heal ourselves.   I consider myself to be like a pointer stick; my job is to pinpoint the areas of blockage and find where to tell your brain to release thereby facilitating a space for your healing. 

I continue to experience gratitude for my work as I still enjoy it immensely after nearly two decades.  I enjoy the people that I work with and meet in my profession and continue to learn more about the body with each person I work with.

Gift certificates are available for 60- or 90-minute sessions.
